Improvements to Age Group Setup.
1). Added option to include automatic upper and lower ranges (like 1-19 and 80+) when inserting a range of age groups.
2). We now prevent setups like overlapping age bands, have a gap in ages between them, or have a max age that’s less than the min age.
3). Made it more clear when inserting an age band where it is located in the list by highlighting the entire row.
4). Made the top toolbar sticky so that it stays at the top of the screen when scrolling down the page for easy access to save and other functions.
No longer require a response for RunSignup Questions that require a response during registration.

Fixed Bug With Importing Groups from a Participant CSV.
Fixed Critical Bug With RaceDay Hub.
